When Assessment of Risk Changes

We all know too well the massive loss of property and potential strain on those affected both physically and mentally following last year’s floods, this is not what I want this article to focus on, rather the reaction to the events by the Heroes… communities we didn’t know, neighbours we had never spoken to, strangers we didn’t expect to care.
